All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days.

Our standard UK delivery charge is a flat rate of £5.99 per order.

Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch.

Returns

We hope you love your pre-loved items, but if something isn't quite right, we are here to help.

To initiate a return, please email us at polly@dearlypreloved.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return and we will provide you with further instructions.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent in, with all original tags still attached. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a tracked shipping service for the return.
