You may return any item you are not completely satisfied with for a refund, provided it is returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Please complete the returns card included with your purchase and enclose it with the item.
Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We can only accept items that are unworn, in resaleable condition, and have all original tags attached (or, in the case of footwear, the protective stickers intact).
Please check your item carefully before removing any tags. When trying items on, avoid wearing deodorant or perfume, as these can leave marks and may result in the item being deemed unsuitable for a refund.
